Brandon Mustful serves as the Executive Director of Kinship of the Park Rapids Area, bringing extensive executive leadership experience and a career-long dedication to the nonprofit sector. A specialist in organizational development and youth programming, Brandon has built a reputation for creating sustainable systems that empower local communities.
Prior to his leadership at Kinship, Brandon served as the Executive Director of Great River Rescue for eleven years. During his tenure, he successfully spearheaded a comprehensive organizational turnaround, eliminating debt and rebranding the organization to ensure long-term financial stability. His professional background also includes roles as a strategic consultant for nonprofit agencies and as a Community Engagement Coordinator for Habitat for Humanity, where he focused on revitalizing volunteer programs and guiding boards through strategic planning.
Brandon’s commitment to service began early in his career as a Youth Outreach Coordinator and a Rural Economic Development Volunteer with the Peace Corps in Paraguay. He holds a Master of Public Policy with a concentration in Nonprofit Management from the University of Minnesota’s Humphrey School of Public Affairs.
